Why I'm building in public
This page is a commitment device.
Every week, I'll write a short entry about building Oponeko: schools we talked to, what we shipped, what broke, what I got wrong, and what the research side of my work is teaching me. No polish, no spin, just the same update I'd give a co-founder.
Two reasons for doing this in public:
Accountability. A weekly page that says "nothing happened this week" is painful to publish. That pain is useful.
Trust. Schools, parents, future teammates, and future investors all ask the same underlying question: are these people real, and do they execute? A year of honest weekly entries answers that better than any pitch.
Entries land here every week. The unfiltered version of the journey starts now.
